Sonnenschein Nath and Rosenthal LLP has announced that Duane Quaini and Howard Rubin will co-chair the firm's Appellate Practice to complement Sonnenschein's litigation capabilities across various practice areas, including Insurance, Energy, Bankruptcy, Antitrust, Competition & Marketing Pricing and Internet, Communications & Data Protection.  Our team of appellate litigators has briefed and argued more than 500 cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, federal appellate courts across the country, and state supreme courts and intermediate appellate courts.

Benjamin Weinberg Joins Sonnenschein as New Pro Bono Partner

Sonnenschein has announced that Benjamin Weinberg has joined the firm as our new pro bono partner.  Weinberg is responsible for the development, growth and administration of our nationally recognized pro bono practice.  Our attorneys devoted more than 48,000 hours to providing pro bono legal counsel in 2007, and we placed 15th in the most recent annual pro bono rankings of the top 200 grossing firms published by American Lawyer magazine.
